People use yoga for numerous things. Some choose to practice for their health overall. Others might do it simply for relaxation and meditation. Sometimes people have a different reason every day. When you practice yoga, the poses and moves that you include in your set might vary day to day depending on your mood and what you seek to accomplish. With that said, you might make adjustments to the music you play each time you practice too. I know when I am in need of some relaxation and a more lifted spirit I do more sun salutations and open poses paired up with music that is incredibly uplifting and relaxing. If you are looking for some music that will correlate with this, then I have a couple of songs to introduce you to.
Some music for yoga can seem to create a sleepy feeling and calm, which is great for some days. The two songs below though are more uplifting than anything else. They both have interesting beats that you can feel as you go through your poses and sets. In the second song I love how even when the tempo slows it is still strong. Next time you practice yoga, choose one of these tracks as your music.
