The endorphins combined with sweating it all out just gives me a good feeling deep down in my soul. Since I really like exercising, I also like to try out different things and see how they make me feel.
I have been taking yoga for a few years now, and I love everything about it. I love that it allows me to really stretch,...
Yoga has a spiritual aspect, by design. Not only is it designed to open up blocked chakras or energy flows in the body that are deeply intertwined with the soul and mind, but it also grants practitioners benefits in terms of balance and stamina, and flexibility of muscles. This is important of course, especially as we age. Studies have shown that the more flexible a person is by age 55, the greater his or her chance of achieving longevity. Music and yoga often go hand in hand. Even alone music or yoga can trigger emotions that are powerful enough to change our moods.
